OutstandingTinyDeskAI.com ("we") makes AI videos from photos you upload. This policy explains what we collect.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• Photos and videos: the photos you upload (you, your opponent and an optional background) and the videos generated from them. Photos are sent to our AI video provider (Kie.ai, running ByteDance Seedance models) only to create your video. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the order amount, currency, status and receipt email.
• Where you came from: the website or campaign that first sent you to us (for example a search engine or chatgpt.com) and the page you landed on, stored with your account and orders.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used. Clarity may record anonymised sessions.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 7 days. Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account.

You can ask us to access, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@outstandingtinydeskai.com.

Cookies

We use a login cookie, a cookie that links purchases made before sign-up to your new account, a cookie that remembers where you first came from, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
