The service
OutstandingTinyDeskAI.com generates short AI videos from the photos you upload. Results are made by AI and can be imperfect.
Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it. Do not upload photos of minors, and do not use the service to harass, defame or impersonate anyone. You are responsible for how you use the videos.
Credits and payments
Credits are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Credits are deducted when a video starts and returned automatically if the generation fails. Because credits are digital goods used right away, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the service failed to deliver.
Content
You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media use. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
